1. Introduction

Welcome to Seven Sea Holidays Pte Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our visa consultancy services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide visa consultancy and application assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Document preparation and review
  • Application form assistance
  • Guidance on visa requirements
  • Submission support
  • Follow-up and status updates

Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay all fees as agreed upon in our service agreement
  • Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are clearly communicated before the commencement of services. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
  • Government visa fees and other third-party charges are separate from our service fees
  • Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are quoted in the currency specified in your service agreement

5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities based on their own criteria and policies. We provide professional assistance to help prepare your application, but we cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Refunds will not be provided based on visa denial, as our services are rendered regardless of the application outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by you
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by immigration authorities or third parties
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by you
  • We are not responsible for changes in immigration policies or regulations

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documents. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, templates, and content provided by us remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials solely for the purpose of your visa application. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for any other purpose without our written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate our service agreement:

  • If the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time
  • If either party becomes insolvent or enters into bankruptcy
  • By mutual written agreement

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. Services already rendered are non-refundable.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
